I am Trish Culpepper. A mother. A partner of nearly three decades. Daughter, sister, friend.

I spent nearly two decades in HR strategy and executive partnerships across Bioscience and Technology. In 2015, I began building my private transformation practice. In 2023, I established Self-Centered Living™.

What prepared me for this work? The ongoing cycle of reconnecting with my inherent wisdom, then clearing away the beliefs and scripts that obscured it. Taking out the garbage is a daily practice. I've practiced meditation for nearly 30 years. You have to know peace to bring peace. I've guided and witnessed people returning to their inherent knowing—clearing what obscures it, recognizing what's already present. The witness role is profound. How we look at and listen to another either expands or dwarfs them. Our gaze matters. My training as a somatic coach complements this focus on the whole person and embodiment. I center women of color because you're my muse. I was raised by women who taught me things no program could: presence as care, how to honor the darkness before light and live with uncertainty, and how to listen for what's unspoken.

This work is about self-authorship. It's about transforming reaction to intention and choice. It's about getting free from the barriers that obscure who we are and inhibit living into our fuller selves—and deciding to create something new.
